A slightly improvement?

As we can see, the number of people infected with COVID-19 has been decreasing. Many people have interpreted this as a light of hope and faced it with optimism. However, this may be wrong... The Comptroller of the Republic has revealed inconsistency in the number of infected people. There are about 30,000 more cases that weren't notified during this whole time.
